WHAT IS INVOLVED IN YOUR WEDDING CAKE TASTING & CONSULTATION?
I carefully plan for your consultation, and this session is really important and enables us to understand your wedding concept and how that fits with your cake options in terms of size, shape, serving portions and finally, we talk about the decoration. Then, I will prepare a tailored quote based on our discussions.
When you book your consultation you will be asked to select two flavours from my classic menu ( Vanilla & Raspberry, Triple Chocolate & Lemon and Cream Cheese flavours to sample. In addition you can choose another flavour from the long list to sample. Check out our extensive menu of flavours below.
Due to COVID at the moment tastings will need to take place outdoors, weather permitting.
YOUR CAKE JOURNEY
Book your consultation meeting…£25 this will be deducted from your bill.
We are a good fit …so 30% non returnable ‘save the date’ deposit required…this will be deducted from your bill.

I will send you selfies of your cakes progress
6 weeks prior to event full payment is needed
Day before your big day I will send you an image of your finished cake
I will deliver and set up your cake at the venue…ta dahh…. have a fabulous day!
SAVE THE DATE
We request 30% non-returnable deposit to save your date with The Tasteful Cake Company, payable by BACS or PayPal. You will then receive a link to our client area with details of your wedding date.

Use the form below to share details about your event. We will then get in touch with you to arrange a suitable date for your consultation, to taste your flavour selections and to give you details about how to get to the consultation.
CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR CONSULTATION
We understand that life gets busier when organising a wedding, so in the unlikely event that you cancel or want to reschedule your consultation, please give us at least 48 hours notice, we will then offer you an alternative date. If clients cancel at short notice, or don’t turn up, our sample cakes will be wasted, resulting in loss of money and wasted time, a 48 hours cancellation notice gives us the opportunity to offer the cancelled appointment to another couple.
